Labor Relations Board

Labor Relations Board
Vacant

The Department of Homeland Security recently established a Labor Relations Board to act as a central resolutions office for the nearly 118,000 employees as well as contactors working for the Department. This Board is a critical to ensuring that employees around the country and the world have one place to address their grievances and seek resolution. The Labor Relations Board has not been stood up, and until it is, Homeland Security employees will not have a clear and single place to go for their labor problems.
